1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Zaputio service you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the service.

2. Description of the service

Zaputio is a private web-based travel planning tool offering itinerary creation and management, an AI planning assistant, budget tracking, photo uploads, and trip sharing. The service is provided by Sixpack Dizajn Studio, Hrizantema 8d, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia, Tax ID: 105368192.

3. User account

• Using the service requires registration with a valid email address
• You are responsible for keeping your password (if you use one) and account access confidential
• The account is personal and must not be shared with third parties
• We reserve the right to suspend an account in case of violation of these terms

4. Free plan — limitations

The free plan includes:

• Unlimited trips and activities
• 10 MB of photo storage
• A limited number of AI-created trips

5. User content

You retain all rights to the content you submit (text, photos, plans). By granting upload permission, you give us a technical license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

It is prohibited to upload content that:

• Infringes copyright or third-party rights
• Contains unlawful, offensive, or harmful material
• Compromises the security of the system or third parties

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to temporary unavailability for system maintenance.

7. Disclaimer of liability

Zaputio is provided "as is". Sixpack Dizajn Studio is not liable for:

• Data loss due to technical failures
• The accuracy of information entered by users or generated by the AI assistant
• The content of external links (Google Maps, etc.)

8. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms. Users will be notified by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from the use of the service fall under the jurisdiction of the court in Belgrade.
