Zaputio is a personal travel planning service operated by Sixpack Dizajn Studio, based at Hrizantema 8d, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia. Tax ID: 105368192.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following data that you provide yourself:

• Account data: username, email address, password (hashed, if you use one)
• Google sign-in data: if you sign in with a Google account, we receive your email address and basic profile information from Google
• Trip data: titles, descriptions, dates, activities, locations, notes, budget
• AI assistant conversations: messages you exchange with the Zaputio AI assistant while planning your trip
• Photos: images you upload as part of your trips

We do not collect payment data ourselves — payment processing is handled by a third-party payment processor, which stores card details directly.

3. How we use your data

• Providing and operating the Zaputio service
• Generating trip suggestions via the AI assistant
• Sending transactional emails (magic sign-in link, email confirmation)
• Technical maintenance and system security

We do not sell or rent your data, nor do we share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Data storage

Data is stored on servers provided by our hosting provider. We take technical protective measures (SSL encryption, password hashing, prepared SQL statements) to protect your data from unauthorized access.

Photos are stored on the server and compressed. Each user has a 10 MB photo storage limit on the free plan.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data

6. Cookies

Zaputio uses necessary session cookies for sign-in to work, and one persistent cookie (zap_lang) that remembers your chosen language on the pre-login pages — it is not used for tracking. We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies.

7. Links to third parties

Activities may contain links to Google Maps. Sign-in is also available via a Google account. When you use those services, their own privacy policies apply. Zaputio is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external sites.

8. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to amend this policy. Significant changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
